Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing operational tasks, and driving sales for our products.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Deliver a confident showcase of the Koala brand, communicate our story in an engaging way to customers, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Operational Management: Manage all operational aspects of the pop-up location, including opening and closing processes, stock management, and customer follow-ups.
- Sales and Growth: Drive sales for all Koala products, including those not on display at the pop-up, through meaningful interactions with customers.
- Collaboration and Adaptability: Collaborate with other departments to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and Koala, and adapt to new directions or ideas.
- 3+ years of experience in a retail or face-to-face customer service environment.
- Comfortable working part-time hours in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a natural ability to engage and energize a room.
- Empathy and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to customers.
- Near-perfect grammar and English written and verbal skills.
