  • Conduct case management services to schools and staff.
  • Develop innovative programs to improve staff wellbeing and outcomes in schools.
  • Provide expert advice and support to schools and executives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key skills and experience include:

  • Developing effective strategies and decisiveness in complex situations.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
  • Strong people management skills with experience in a lead position.
  • Ability to remain resilient in high-pressure situations.

Essential requirements include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrated senior management experience in a complex organisation.
  • Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.
  • Experience in developing wellbeing programs in schools.
