**Job Description:** We're on the lookout for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Field Service professional to become a key player in our Metro service team. This is a 12-month contract role that will see you step into a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you'll be at the heart of keeping operations running smoothly.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Field Service team – assisting coordinators with work in progress management, raising purchase orders for labour and materials, processing invoices, handling customer feedback surveys, and ensuring accurate data entry across the service area.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Schedule work site inductions for our technicians
  • Ensure all tickets and licences are up to date and validated
  • Raise PO's, consolidate and follow up accounts
  • Carry out contractor inductions
  • Manage post service calls for all equipment services
  • Manage registrations, inspections and service requirements for the field service fleet
  • Coordinate and validate payroll workflows (technician timesheets)
  • Provide back up and support to planners

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Highly developed time management and organisational skills
  • Advanced computer skills and experience working with various databases
  • Ability to manage a multitude of tasks simultaneously
  • Hands on approach and a strong sense of accountability
  • Self-motivated, reliable and a proven team player
