Culture and Engagement: Where Better Begins

We value passion, creativity, and a drive for innovation at our organisation. As a Culture & Engagement Partner, you'll be part of the team shaping our organisational culture and driving engagement initiatives across Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney.

The Role

This strategic role leads the delivery of our employee survey program, partners with senior stakeholders to embed engagement strategies, and supports the implementation of new organisational listening tools. You'll design and deliver initiatives to support the embedding of our organisational culture.

  • Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of the employee survey program
  • Partner with stakeholders to cascade results, analyse sentiment, and drive action planning
  • Support the implementation of a new organisational listening platform
  • Design and implement exciting culture initiatives that bring our culture to life
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for listening tools
  • Provide insights and reporting to senior leaders, regulators, and monitors
  • Contribute to the development of culture, learning, and diversity equity inclusion programs through data and strategic input
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and our regulatory commitments
About You

  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-wide culture and engagement programs
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong growth mindset with experience in coaching and mentoring others
  • Familiarity with HR technologies and survey platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, Peakon, CultureAmp)
  • A degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred)
