Organisational Design Professional

 

As a skilled Organisational Design Specialist, you will lead and deliver strategic workforce projects for clients.

You will collaborate with diverse teams to address complex client challenges and drive impactful solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Client Projects: Collaborate with colleagues and clients to define project outcomes and drive results.
  • Support Clients: Analyse data to generate insights and recommendations. Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through structured problem-solving.
  • Contribute to Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and support the development of new business initiatives.

 

At senior levels, you will also be responsible for:

  • Managing Client Relationships: Establish and manage client relationships to achieve project outcomes and resolve issues or roadblocks.
  • Leading Project Teams: Coach and build capability in organisation design within cross-functional teams.
  • Owning Solution Design: Develop end-to-end solutions that balance client requirements with practical implementation.
