About Our Client's Sales Support Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Sales Support professional to join our team in Tullamarine. This role plays a vital part in supporting the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and sales representatives.

This is a fast-paced, rewarding opportunity to gain valuable exposure to the financial services side of a global industry leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer finance applications and prepare supporting documentation
  • Provide high-level support to sales representatives and customers via phone and email
  • Manage data with accuracy while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Liaise with internal teams, customers, and external partners to ensure smooth deal progression
  • Continuously contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance customer experience

  • A degree in finance, accounting, marketing, or sales (or relevant experience)
