Change Manager Role

Job Description

You'll oversee change management plans within our Liquor Transformation & Strategy team, executing activities related to project, program, or organisational change that supports sustainable business outcomes.

  • Develop strategic change plans aligned with our Liquor strategy and broader Coles Group strategy.
  • Communicate clear messaging to support the change vision and stakeholder engagement.
  • Utilise data insights and stakeholder input to identify opportunities and partner with internal teams to deliver targeted solutions.
  • Implement effective documentation, reporting, and governance processes to ensure consistency and quality in delivering change activities.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns, ensuring collaborations are mutually beneficial.
Key Requirements

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (highly desirable).
  • Ability to assist various stakeholders to adopt new ways of thinking while showcasing knowledge of applying change management concepts.
  • Proven ability to successfully multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex or ambiguous scenarios.
  • Inquisitive mindset that challenges assumptions and biases when interpreting data or questions.
