The successful candidate will provide services to individuals, assist them in understanding and exercising their rights, and enable them to participate in decisions about their treatment, care, and recovery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to enquiries from users, mental health organisations, and services.
  • Provide in-person services, coaching for self-advocacy, and referrals as needed.

You should also have a deep understanding of mental health challenges impacting Victorians and the ability to advocate on behalf of consumers.
