Global HRIS Implementation Lead

This well-known ASX listed FMCG global business is embarking on the exciting global implementation of a new HRIS, Oracle. We are seeking a system-savvy HR professional to lead this project.

  • Lead the implementation of their new HRIS, Oracle, on a global scale, partnering with the wider HR team and business stakeholders to drive the successful implementation and continuous improvement of the system.
  • Responsible for leading the project plan, configuration, testing, training and change management of both new modules and existing modules.

Key Skills:

  • Proven success in leading or being significantly involved in an end-to-end HRIS implementation (preferably Oracle).
  • Strong end-to-end project management skills and proficient analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written, and interpersonal, with the ability to deliver information in a non-technical way.
  • Experience working for MNCs with matrix structure.
  • Proactive, self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude.
