Job Title: HRIS Transformation Project Lead

This is a key leadership role that oversees the transformation of our HR Information System (HRIS) project. As the lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in leading large-scale system implementations, with a strong background in testing, quality assurance, and project management. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the HRIS transformation project plan, ensuring that it aligns with the organization's overall strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of testing strategies, including the development of test plans, procedures, and processes.
  • Coordinate and manage the setup of test environments, ensuring that they meet the requirements of the project.
  • Work closely with functional and technical leads to identify, document, and execute test cases/scripts, ensuring that they are properly traced back to business requirements.
  • Recommend and deliver strategies for automated testing to improve project outcomes.
  • Evaluate and report on test results, schedules, resources, and technological risks associated with the testing workstream.
  • Develop and control procedures and checklists to ensure that all areas of the testing process are well defined and functioning.
  • Communicate test execution, defect summary, and daily/weekly status reporting to all stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report weekly workstream progress and key testing metrics.
  • Manage defect tracking to ensure defects are properly recorded and reported, and escalation processes are in place for advance warning of potential issues.
  • Contribute to post-go-live support and transition of outstanding workstream activities to the business based on agreed criteria.
  • Build and maintain key internal and vendor partnership relationships.
