Job Details
  • An experienced professional will lead the project from initiation to completion, liaising with various stakeholders in HR, IT and external partners.
  • Closely collaborate with the HR team and key stakeholders to ensure system alignment and success.
  • Optimise SAP SuccessFactors across all HR modules.
  • Review and refine system configurations, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Coordinate and execute system testing, including functional integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Support data validation efforts to ensure accuracy and integrity of system information.
  • Serve as main point of contact for all system-related inquiries, offering guidance and support to end users.
  • Maintain and update user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and system documentation.
  • Contribute to changing management initiatives, including creation of training materials.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve post-launch issues to ensure seamless system usage.
