HRIS Lead - Global HRIS Implementation Project (Oracle)
- Permanent Role - North Sydney + WFH
- $120K - $150K plus Super depending on experience

**About Them**

This well-known ASX listed FMCG global business, operating in Australia, New Zealand, China and the US is embarking on the exciting global implementation of a new HRIS, Oracle and are seeking a system-savvy HR professional to lead this project.

**About the Role**

As the HRIS Lead, you will be instrumental in the implementation of their new HRIS, Oracle, on a global scale, partnering with the wider HR team and business stakeholders to drive the successful implementation and continuous improvement of the system.

You will be responsible for leading the project plan, configuration, testing, training and change management of both new modules and existing modules. You will also be responsible for providing day-to-day support for ongoing maintenance and improvements to the system.

**About You**

To be successful in this opportunity you will possess the following:

- Proven success in leading or being significantly involved in an end-to-end HRIS implementation (preferably Oracle)
- Well-developed working knowledge of the Oracle HCM platform is highly desirable
- Strong end-to-end project management skills and proficient analytical skills
- Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written, and interpersonal, with the ability to deliver information in a non-technical way
- Experience working for MNCs with matrix structure
- Proactive, self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude.
