HRIS Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing a scalable, secure, and high-performing system that meets the needs of our organisation.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes and systems, as well as experience in leading end-to-end solution design and delivery. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a comprehensive HRIS solution that integrates with existing systems and processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT professionals, and vendors.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR technology and data analytics.
