**Company Description**:
Our Payroll & HRIS Manager is responsible for managing our monthly and casual payrolls through our HR ERP and payroll provider. They are responsible for timely and accurate internal and external payroll reporting requirements, e.g. payroll journals, EOY financial reporting, STP. They will provide payroll related data and analysis, e.g. WGEA, Mercer, as well as advising employees on their payroll and related matters, e.g. leave types, benefits. Being our local Key User for Red Bull HRIS systems, they will maintain data integrity, testing & updates.

**PAYROLL**

Work with our payroll provider to run (prepare, process and check) the monthly permanent, fortnightly casual and off-cycle payrolls; including notifications of new starters, employee changes and terminations. First point of contact for outsourced payroll provider on payroll processing matters.

To ensure data quality and synchronization between the outsourced payroll provider data and HRIS.

Main contact point for all payroll related queries through our employee self-service tool, The Hub.

Ensure accurate and timely information to Finance.

Remain up to date on payroll related employment legislation including tax, leave, awards, terminations and ensure payroll processes and systems remain aligned.

**HRIS SYSTEMS & REPORTING**

To ensure SAP is accurately maintained, up to date and issues are pro-actively identified and reported to relevant contacts.

To ensure organisation charts in SAP and databases are up to date on a monthly basis.
HQ required reporting and data checks are completed accurately and within the relevant timeframes.

Run and create regular and new SAP based reports as needed for HR and internal stakeholders.

Support the annual pay review process by providing input, reporting and ensuring data accuracy.

Act as local Project Manager for global HRIS upgrades and projects.
Process improvements recommended to Area HRIS Manager and Head of HR.

Submit payroll data for annual reporting and renewals, e.g. WGEA, WCOM, Salary Continuance insurance.

**ADVICE & ADMINISTRATION**

To provide advice and respond to queries from Red Bull employees, e.g. leave, benefits.
Deal with all payroll related queries and issues, and to work closely with our outsourced payroll provider and the Finance team to ensure that all employees are paid correctly and on time.

To manage the system and document administration of all new starters, leavers and changes through the relevant internal communication channels, e.g. IT.
Advising our Managers on payroll related questions for their teams, e.g. casual award rates, allowances.

Communicating with employees on any payroll related issues, timely and clear communications on any updates and actions required.

Manage the annual payroll budget in line with business plan.

**Qualifications**:
HRIS system management experience, SAP highly desirable (PA & OM).

Experience managing an external provider desirable, ADP desirable.

Highly organised, able to plan workload ahead to meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills - written and verbal.

Reporting and analytics experience, with a high level of accuracy, insight and attention to detail.
