Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end HRIS projects with similar platforms.
- In-depth understanding of Australian and New Zealand payroll and HR processes, compliance, and data requirements.
- Exceptional project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
- Confidence working with cross-functional teams and external implementation partners.
