Job Opportunity: HRIS Business Analyst

We are seeking a talented HRIS professional to join our dynamic team in Sydney, Australia. This role involves effectively managing our HR information system (HRIS) to ensure optimal function of the system processes and data for accurate and efficient workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with organisational teams across various departments to identify needs and areas of improvement
  • Develop and implement new HRIS strategies and workflows to enhance HR processes
  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality of employee information
  • Conduct data analysis and create dashboards to track key performance metrics and identify trends
  • Identify potential risks and propose strategies to mitigate them in HRIS processes and data management
  • Partner with technical teams for system upgrades, testing, and process changes and support payroll functions in reviewing and correcting personnel data records
  • Develop and deliver training programs for HRIS users
  • Advise senior leaders on best practices and trends in HR technology and data analytics

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong background and understanding of HR information systems
  • Extensive experience in working in HRIS environments
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience in using productivity software
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing work environments
  • Organised with demonstrated time management capabilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to propose simple and effective solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
