Seamless Onboarding Experience SpecialistThis key role plays a pivotal part in designing an end-to-end client onboarding experience that is smooth, compliant, and optimised for conversion.
Key Responsibilities:- Gathering Business Requirements & Analysis: Translate business objectives into clear, detailed requirements for onboarding features and flows. Ensure regulatory compliance by embedding relevant requirements in onboarding journeys.
- Process Mapping & Documentation: Document workflows, define user stories, and maintain Confluence documentation to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Data Insights & Analysis: Analyse onboarding funnel metrics and provide recommendations backed by quantitative analysis and customer feedback.
- Delivery Support: Collaborate with engineering teams, conduct UAT, and help prioritise backlog items to ensure timely delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between product, compliance, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on onboarding initiatives.
