Job Title: Client Onboarding Solutions Specialist

Are you a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills and experience in risk management? We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team as a Client Onboarding Solutions Specialist.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the end-to-end client onboarding experience, ensuring it is seamless, compliant, and optimized for conversion. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, analyze data, and deliver best-in-class onboarding journeys across multiple regions and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business objectives into clear, detailed requirements for onboarding features and flows
  • Capture regulatory requirements from multiple jurisdictions and ensure they are embedded in onboarding journeys
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders (Compliance, Operations, Marketing, Customer Support)
  • Document and maintain up-to-date Confluence documentation to support knowledge sharing and collaboration
  • Analyze onboarding funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
  • Provide recommendations backed by quantitative analysis and customer feedback
  • Support engineering teams by clarifying requirements, testing deliverables, and managing dependencies
  • Act as a bridge between product, compliance, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless onboarding experiences

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong understanding of risk, electronic verification, KYC, AML, and regulatory onboarding requirements. Proficiency in documenting workflows, writing user stories, and producing acceptance criteria is essential. Analytical skills and experience using BI/data tools will also be beneficial.
