The Role

We are seeking a well-presented customer focused team player with a 'can do' attitude. You will be a team player and capable of being highly autonomous in the field. You will be open to learning, new challenges, problem solving, with capability to travel on occasion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Provide electrical trade services including installation, maintenance and repair of equipment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, including documentation and inventory management.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years experience within endoscopy, infection control or related service field.
  • Evidence of electrical trade license or disconnect/reconnect or similar electrical/electronic knowledge.
  • Experience with SAP, Microsoft suite would be highly regarded.
  • Industry Trade experience with electrical/electronic or similar would be highly regarded.
