Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to join our team as a Field Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing expert advice and service to customers through call taking and assigned incidents on complex issues related to the installation, use, and maintenance of computer hardware and software.

This role requires 5 days on-site and involves designing, deploying, and managing scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using Azure services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting desktop, infrastructure, and services across multiple technology streams, including hardware, OS, software, networks, servers, and print equipment.

Responsibilities include responding to and resolving incidents and SRs within agreed SLAs, maintaining and housekeeping of customers' physical infrastructure, and managing customer expectations by keeping them updated as their case progresses and notifying them of any delays.

Key Requirements:

  • 7 months to 1+ year minimum experience with supporting End User Devices at Level 1+
  • Level 1 and Level 2 technical knowledge of hardware and peripherals
  • Level 1 and Level 2 technical knowledge of desktop and software applications
  • A basic understanding and knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, SCCM, End-Point Imaging, and IT infrastructure and network equipment
