We are seeking an exceptional Front Office Manager to lead our hotel operations team.
Job Summary:
The Front Office Manager will be responsible for managing the front desk, ensuring excellent guest service, and leading a high-performing team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive guest loyalty programs to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
- Manage CRM updates and guest feedback improvement plans to ensure continuous improvement.
- Lead, inspire, coach, and develop the Front Office team to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure seamless financial transactions in accordance with established policies.
- Maintain safety and security standards to ensure a secure work environment.
- Welcome guests and engage the team in daily initiatives to foster a positive and dynamic culture.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Senior Duty Manager or Front Office Manager is highly preferred.
