About the Role

Miller Leith is seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end HR lifecycle, driving people strategy, and shaping employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with retail leadership teams to comprehend business objectives and align HR strategies to effectively support them.
  • Offer coaching and advice to stakeholders on various HR activities, including performance management, succession planning, professional development, change management, talent management, and team engagement.
  • Oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with best practices.
  • Manage employee relations issues and investigations as they arise.
  • Manage recruitment activities and work closely with line departments to identify and execute any recruitment needs.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a HR Generalist role, gained within a fast-paced industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver effective HR strategies.
  • Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Degree qualification with experience in a fast-paced retail environment (preferred but not essential).
