Administration & HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced Administration & HR Manager to join our team at Woodforde Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our CEO and executive team, as well as managing day-to-day office operations, phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities- Manage office budgets, monitor expenses, and perform vendor management and procurement
- Onboard new employees and provide administrative support to the wider leadership team
- Assist with arranging staff events and provide advice and support in relation to all employee relations matters
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring they are in line with business values, current employment law, and best practice
- Administer the HR information systems, ensuring that data is accurately recorded, and the system is used to its full potential
- Provide training and development support to line managers on HR policies and procedures
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide accurate and timely advice on generalist HR issues
You will be an experienced Administration or HR Manager able to hit the ground running with all areas of operational office management as well as general employee relations knowledge. You will be looking for an opportunity where you can truly contribute your value to a business as both an HR and Administration Management professional.
You will be willing to take on culture-focused activities like arranging social events, some travel arrangements, event management, and office facilities management. You will be required to demonstrate proof of permanent working rights in Australia to be considered for this opportunity.
