Key Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees, answering questions and providing support during their first days and weeks.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, and department managers to ensure all pre-employment paperwork, system access, and equipment setup are completed.
- Monitor and track new hire progress, providing feedback to relevant stakeholders.

- Proven experience in onboarding, HR, or a related field.
