About the Role
As a seasoned HR professional, you will play a critical role in developing, building, and driving our people strategies, ensuring alignment with our company's overarching goals and objectives. Reporting to the HR Director ASEAN and with a dotted line to the General Manager ANZ, you will be the go-to person for all HR-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and embed people strategies to align with business goals and measure ROI.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees alike.
- Implement and manage local talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across all HR activities.
- Identify training needs and coordinate with regional L&D teams to deliver relevant programs.
- Work closely with regional teams to manage local compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with global standards.
- Implement global and regional TA strategies locally, ensuring they align with business needs and culture.
About You
We are seeking a proactive and agile HR professional with proven expertise in managing the entire HR lifecycle. You should have a strong understanding of local employment laws and HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence at all levels.
