Key Role in Board Support
About the PositionWe are seeking a skilled professional to fill a part-time role as a Board Coordinator in our organization's Secretariat and Accountability team. This position involves supporting the smooth operation of Boards and Committees across multiple entities.
- Coordinate meetings, including logistics and on-the-day support
- Draft and distribute meeting materials, such as minutes and reports
- Maintain accurate records in SharePoint and Diligent
- Support updates to the organization's website and intranet
- Assist with document execution and regulatory information requests
- Maintain procedures, checklists, and registers for the Secretariat team
A great communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills is needed for this role. The ideal candidate will be able to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative solutions. Advanced to intermediate skill level in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint is required, as well as ability to work with people at all skill levels and maintain confidentiality.
