
Corporate Governance Coordinator

The RoleThis newly created position involves assisting with the coordination of Board meetings, encompassing meeting logistics, calendar management, agendas, recording of Board Committee meetings, and register maintenance.
- Attend Board sub-committee gatherings
- Develop and produce comprehensive meeting agendas, detailed meeting minutes, management of actions and decisions
- Support with board calendar including key events and milestones
- Coordinate board meeting logistics including calendar invitations, catering, room setup, AV equipment
- Assist with Board site visits
- Maintain various corporate governance registers
- Review Board papers including assistance with formatting and proof reading
- Manage the development and distribution of Board meeting papers and publication through a Board portal
Support the preparation and submission of corporate documents and reporting such as ASIC filings.
RequirementsWe are seeking an individual with:
- A high level of attention to detail with ability to review correspondence and Board papers for accuracy and interpretation relative to the audience
- An advanced Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance or in the process of obtaining this qualification
- Experience with Board portals. Knowledge of Diligent will be highly regarded
- A high level of written and verbal communication skills
- A sound understanding of areas of Board governance and compliance
