We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Governance Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Director and Manager of Product services in the oversight of a large program of work.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Product Team by ensuring timely, accurate, and policy-compliant reporting and financial documentation.
  • Maintaining and managing a schedule of work across the program portfolio.
  • Collaborating with diverse stakeholders including internal teams, external government agencies and clients to ensure alignment with governance and strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across diverse teams.

In addition, the candidate should have experience in:

  • Program governance, reporting, and financial oversight.
  • Proficiency in relevant systems and tools including Office 365, JIRA and document management systems and protocols.
  • Qualification in program or project management or equivalent experience.
