Project Support Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Support Specialist to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of significant government projects. The role is located in the Sunshine Coast, offering a long-term temporary contract until September 2028.

As a Project Support Specialist, you will provide high-level project administration and coordination support to the Manager and project team. This includes coordinating meetings, taking minutes, tracking actions and decisions, supporting risk and issue management, and managing project documentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the project team, including coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and tracking actions and decisions.
  • Supporting risk and issue management, including developing mitigation strategies.
  • Assisting with tender and procurement processes.
  • Managing project documentation, reporting, and quality assurance activities.
  • Preparing briefing notes, reports, and submissions.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination or administration within complex environments.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
