Corporate Governance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to support our Corporate Governance team in providing essential administrative services. This role involves coordinating Board and Executive meetings, managing confidential documents, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, expense processing, and document preparation.
  • Organise and publish Board and Committee meeting agendas, papers, and action registers.
  • Manage company registers, reports, submissions, spreadsheets, and governance tools.
  • Act as a key liaison between the Corporate Governance Office, Board, Executives, and business units.
  • Assist with internal and external audit requests related to corporate governance.
  • Conduct research and analysis on corporate governance best practices and regulatory updates.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum two years' experience in a similar role supporting senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in corporate governance, executive support, or board administration is highly regarded.
  • Strong ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and board portals such as Diligent.
  • Resilient and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, growing organisation.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work autonomously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
