Job Description:

A Health and Safety Advisor drives a positive safety culture across the site and within the workforce.

  • Collaborate with team members to identify and mitigate workplace hazards, risks, and risk controls.
  • Influence and advise all team members on health and safety matters.
  • Conduct routine workplace inspections and risk assessments.
  • Improve safety lead indicators and monitor safety controls conformance.
About You:
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety or higher is required.
  • Strong background in health and safety is necessary.
  • Knowledge of relevant workplace health and safety legislation, regulations, codes, and standards is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Passion for continuous improvement is key.
