FGJV is delivering one of Australia's most ambitious infrastructure projects, and we're looking for passionate Site Safety Advisors to help us shape a safer future.
If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy working in the field, and want to make a real impact on safety culture, this is your opportunity.What You'll Do Champion WHS systems and ensure compliance across construction activities.
Mentor crews and support teams in delivering safe outcomes.
Conduct audits, inspections, emergency drills, and incident investigations.
Lead onboarding, inductions, and competency assessments.
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, regulators, and subcontractors.
Promote a proactive, positive safety culture across day and night shifts.
What You'll Bring Essential: Certificate IV in WHS (or equivalent) Construction Induction Card (White Card) Valid Driver's Licence 3+ years in construction/tunnelling safety roles Desirable: ICAM, Internal Auditing, Training & Assessing Experience on major infrastructure projects Underground excavation knowledge (TBM, drill & blast) Regulator and client liaison experience Why Join FGJV?
