As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of our comprehensive Health and Safety Management System.
Key responsibilities include providing coaching and mentoring to teams and contractors to embed health and safety best practices into daily operations.
- Provide expert guidance and support to teams and contractors to integrate health and safety principles into their work processes.
- Lead and support the effective implementation of behavioural safety initiatives, such as Courageous Conversations, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Conduct thorough incident investigations and contribute to developing and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Analyse incident data, identify trends, and develop proactive strategies to enhance workplace safety.
- Deliver engaging training sessions on behavioural safety and risk management fundamentals.
- Hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Possess ICAM lead investigation qualifications and have a strong track record in conducting thorough incident investigations.
- Have expertise in auditing and assessing Safety Management Systems.
- Demonstrate extensive experience in implementing behaviour-based safety initiatives and consultation processes.
