Job Title: Health and Safety Advisor

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team.

  • Drive a positive safety culture across the site and within the workforce by promoting and supporting the identification of workplace hazards, risks, and risk controls.
  • Work collaboratively with team members across the plant providing advice, training, and consultations on health and safety matters.
  • Undertake routine workplace inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, codes, and standards.

About You:

  • A Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety or higher is essential.
  • Strong background in health and safety with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant workplace health and safety legislation, regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and taking responsibility for initiating outcomes.
