Job Opportunity: Front Office All Rounder
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front Office All Rounder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest requests, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner
- Assist guests with luggage and other porterage duties
- Maintain accuracy of guest accounts on departure
- Promote hotel facilities through strong product knowledge
- Ensure high level of professionalism in credit and cash transactions and accounting documentation
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service experience, preferably in a hotel front office environment
- Competent computer user (experience with Microsoft Suite and Opera PMS or Opera Cloud ideal)
- Availability to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Unlimited work rights in Australia
