Job Overview:

The Front Office All Rounder is a vital role that ensures exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly and efficiently responding to guest requests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
  • Support guests with luggage and other porterage duties.
  • Maintain accurate guest accounts upon departure.
  • Promote hotel facilities through strong product knowledge.
  • Adhere to high standards of professionalism in credit and cash transactions, and accounting documentation.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a hotel front office setting.
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Suite and Opera PMS or Opera Cloud experience ideal).
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and overnight, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
