Job Description

As a key member of our team, the Member Experience Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our members. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead and motivate our Customer Service team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service, including managing the front desk & cafe experience, interviewing, hiring, training staff, and more.

Key responsibilities include providing a clean, safe, and healthy environment for members, guests, and co-workers, management of the Customer Service, Front Desk, Cafe experience, handling of all Member Cancellations, Coordination of Member Integration, Management of Cafe, Collection of Past Due Balances, Fun Squad / Community, Meet and exceed Individual and Departmental Goals assigned by General Manager, Ensure communication materials are up-to-date, Develop an annual departmental budget with General Manager, Establish and maintain standards of cleanliness for Customer Service staff, Front Desk, and office space, Process paperwork accurately and on time, Attend all department head meetings, team meetings, and training sessions, Represent FFC at community events such as festivals, open houses, and Chamber of Commerce events, Compile, maintain, and present (as needed) weekly and monthly reports to General Manager, Perform additional duties as assigned by General Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-5 years of previous management experience
  • Excellent leadership and motivation skills
  • Passion for health and fitness
  • High-level verbal and written communication ability
  • Ability to work during Closeout periods
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Google Docs, and email
