The role of a Medical Front Office Professional is to provide high-quality customer service to patients. This includes handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing payments, issuing receipts, and handling billing and invoicing.

To excel in this role, you will require excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility in working hours, and the ability to manage competing priorities and tasks while maintaining timely service. A background in medical or healthcare is preferred but not essential.
