Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations of the Front Office, Reservations, and Night Audit functions to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Manage team members' duties, provide support where needed, and lead by example.
- Liaise with Reservations office to optimize yield and ensure accuracy in room allocation.
Working Conditions
- Work during peak times, eliminating potential issues and delivering excellent customer service at all times.
- Provide ongoing support to all areas of the Resort.
Skill Requirements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a similar role an asset.
