Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of Regulatory Interactions Directors in managing critical ASIC and other material regulatory interactions.
  • Delving into key regulatory requests according to regulatory engagement protocols and risk management processes.
  • Providing visibility of thematic observations and emerging regulatory/risk trends to senior stakeholders via regulatory dashboards, internal communication channels, and briefing sessions.
Requirements
  • Comprehensive understanding of applicable regulations and/or regulatory principles in Retail Financial Services.
  • Previous experience in Risk and Compliance or related disciplines.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills for engaging with various stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
