We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to lead our national regulatory agency, driving strategic reform and shaping professional standards across Australia.

The role requires a strong track record in hands-on governance and cultural reform, with the ability to lead transformation and build a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of professional standards legislation, with experience in regulatory environments and stakeholder engagement.

A key focus area for this position is Strategic Leadership, where you will set direction and deliver on legislative and regulatory mandates.

You will also be responsible for reporting to and advising boards and Ministers across jurisdictions, as well as leading cultural uplift initiatives and applying legal and regulatory expertise.

In addition, you will influence policy and build partnerships across government and industry, requiring strong collaboration and credibility skills.
