Key Role for Regulatory Interactions

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing key ASIC and other regulatory interactions and engagements across the division.

They will be responsible for supporting the Regulatory Interactions Director in overseeing ASIC and other material regulatory interactions across the division.

Deliver on key regulatory requests in line with regulatory engagement protocols and other risk management processes.

Provide visibility of thematic observations and new regulatory/risk trends to senior stakeholders via regulatory dashboards, internal communication channels and briefing sessions.

Support internal reporting to the Regulatory Risk Team and other key forums that succinctly demonstrate the status and criticality of material interactions.

Requirements for Success
  • Solid understanding of regulations and/or regulatory principles applicable to Retail Financial Services.
  • Previous experience in Risk and Compliance or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage with a broad cross section of stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
