Job Description

This Executive Director of Financial Operations will drive the execution of financial infrastructure, cost management frameworks, and regulatory readiness. You will partner with regional and global teams to integrate local operations into group reporting and provide financial insights that inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead accounting, tax, internal controls, cost management, accounts payable, management reporting, and regulatory reporting across all Australian entities.
  • Establish and lead the local banking infrastructure and financial processes required for customer fiat on-ramps and day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee external audits and regulatory inquiries, ensuring proactive engagement with ATO, ASIC, and other authorities.
