Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Regulatory Interactions Director to oversee regulatory interactions across the organization.
  • Deliver key regulatory requests in line with engagement protocols and risk management processes.
  • Provide visibility of thematic observations and new trends to senior stakeholders through dashboards, internal channels, and briefing sessions.
  • Support reporting to the Regulatory Risk Team and other key forums demonstrating the status and criticality of material interactions.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of regulations applicable to Retail Financial Services.
  • Previous experience in Risk and Compliance or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Attention to detail, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
