This is a unique opportunity to join Canva, a leading company in Australia, as a Business Development Representative. The role involves identifying and developing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships. You will advocate the innovative power of Canva's products to make organizations more collaborative, creative, and efficient.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Success team to identify and pursue strategic pipeline opportunities.
  • Create demand generation activities and desired results.
  • Build sales pipeline using cold outreach and social selling by scheduling and running qualification meetings before passing it on to Canva Consultants.

**What We're Looking For:**

  • A proven track record of successfully identifying and executing partnerships that drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, possesses great time management skills.
  • Goal Oriented & driven; able to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated AU$ 80,000 - AU$ 100,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide benefits such as equity packages, inclusive parental leave policy, and flexible leave options.
