Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Client Solutions Manager to join our team at Reward Gateway. This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients, focusing on their people and business goals. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with clients, driving revenue growth, and improving employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with clients to understand their business and people goals.
  • Work closely with clients to develop and execute highly personalized, strategic account plans to drive usage and adoption.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities to provide additional solutions to clients.
  • Ensure client retention by building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, with a strong track record of developing and maintaining strategic partnerships.
  • Experience in managing B2B Enterprise or upper Enterprise client portfolios, driving usage and adoption through strategic account plans.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
