The Role

This senior leadership position reports directly to the COO and entails both direct leadership responsibilities for national operations and general leadership focus for activities across all CTM ANZ operations.

The National Operations Manager will oversee key departments, including After Hours, CTM Assist, and Training, while acting as a central point of focus for operational activities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement best practice workflows, automation, efficiency improvements, quality control processes, and procedures across all CTM Operations.
  • Work closely with Heads of Operations, National Support Team, and Technology team to spearhead cross-functional projects driving operational business transformation.
