We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Moore Australia (VIC/TAS). As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage facilities, office supplies, and inventory control
  • Maintain the reception desk/area, mailroom, storeroom, and kitchens
  • Organize catering for meetings, greet clients, and coordinate meeting rooms
  • Provide reception cover as needed
  • Facilitate the smooth operation of equipment in the mailroom and meeting rooms
  • Coordinate office events, such as Friday night drinks and monthly birthday celebrations
  • Assist with new starter onboarding and offboarding, as well as building access
  • Perform other assigned office administration duties as required
Requirements
  • Experience in an office coordination role, with additional experience in reception highly beneficial
  • Exceptional client communication and client service skills
  • Excellent listening, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships, trust, and rapport quickly
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
  • Proactive mindset and eagerness to help
