We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Moore Australia. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Oversee and manage daily administrative tasks, including facilities management, office supplies, and inventory control.
  • Reception and Client Services: Provide reception cover as needed, greet clients, and coordinate meeting rooms.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate office events, such as Friday night drinks and monthly birthday celebrations.

Requirements
