We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team at Mo Grp as an Office Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our business management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Management: Develop and maintain efficient office systems, including data management and filing, to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Travel Arrangements: Assist with travel planning, visa applications, and accommodation arrangements as needed.
  • Communication: Screen and respond to phone calls, inquiries, and requests, handling them in a professional and timely manner.
  • Meetings and Appointments: Arrange meetings with clients and stakeholders, and maintain diaries and schedules to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Correspondence: Handle incoming email and correspondence, and draft responses as required.
  • Research and Reporting: Conduct research and present findings, and assist in the implementation of projects and initiatives.
  • Documentation and Presentations: Prepare documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations to support business operations.
  • Meetings and Events: Organize and attend meetings, and coordinate events and activities as required.
  • Client and Stakeholder Relations: Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Translation Services: Provide verbal and written translations to support business operations.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Assist with specific projects and research initiatives, and take on additional responsibilities as required.
  • Financial Management: Assist with accounts and budgeting, and take on some of the manager's responsibilities in their absence.
  • Decision-Making: Make decisions and delegate work to others as required, and be involved in decision-making processes.
Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a calm and professional demeanor, and the ability to work well under pressure. The successful candidate will also have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Competency in English, both verbal and written, is essential for this role.
